We hope the goods are to your liking! However, if you change your mind, the return request must be filled in directly online at this link within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Products must be returned unused and new, in perfect condition and complete with all protective materials, with any labels and tags still attached and including all accessories and documents. In the event that the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return.
Returns of products belonging to the same order sent at two different times will not be accepted.
Please note that it is not possible to return or exchange products purchased online, in our stores.

Within a couple of business days, our customer service will send you a return authorization email.
How do I return my articles?
Once you receive our authorization email:
1. Place the items to be returned preferably in the original box, covering/removing the original shipping labels.
2. Print a copy of the return authorization email you received, and insert it inside the package: this document will facilitate the recognition of the return and speed up the refund.
3. Arrange the shipment with the courier of your choice: the shipping address will be communicated to you via email. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The return will be under the responsibility of the final customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse. For safety, always keep the receipt of the shipment.
REFUND
As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary verifications. If the outcome is positive, we will send you an e-mail confirming the return and the disposition of the refund.
The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the goods on the same payment method used to place the order.
Please note that the processing time required to receive your refund depends on the internal procedures of your Credit Institution.
How to return a wrong or defective item?

Please provide all necessary information, including, if possible, the number of the order in question and some photos showing the labels of the received item.
